Question: When did you get into my childhood journals and still all my thoughts and hopes and dreams and fears??

How beautiful it is to see my own past and present and future on the page. And also - CS Lewis and Thomas Merton. Thank you.

Oof. What a sacred thing to be able to hear part your story; you are so brave and kind to share. So much of this resonated with me. Read this on my lunch break from work, and now going back to work seems so ridiculous.

Thank you for continuing to share yourself with us. The world is better for it.

Even here and now, God is. Even and especially here and now. And I am cheering you on in this new chapter of discovery.

Wow. I would like to read your book. You speak more truthfully, to me at least, than C.S. Lewis. He will only go as far as saying: "The Incarnation is the supreme example; it leaves all previous ideas of the Messiah in ruins.” Lewis is substituting one idea for another.

You are willing to lay aside all conceptions of god. And appreciate what is: "Doubt, or the loss of belief, is an opportunity—a sacred invitation into a life of curiosity and wonder." I'd rather marvel than settle for being a destroyer of someone's icons, that is an iconoclast.

So I come back to wanting to read your book and see where the journey of open eyes, and the uncertainty of leaving old ways, took you.
